The lady that’s bald said her name is Kate she’s always super rude every time I go in to pick up copies of court papers because I’m not receiving them in the mail an also when I call she’s the only person that’s very rude to me I’m sure I’m not the only one but everyone else is always super nice to me that works there, she definitely needs to be talked to about being more kind an nice to people or we all should be able to do a survey on how she treats people because again I’m sure I’m not the only one she’s rude to...
Zero professionalism. They supposedly mailed out 4 orders to my address I never received, I almost missed a court appearance, and they never mailed instructions for me to file an objections and said they should have. Can't believe these people get paid here. And there's an overt hostile authoritative demeaning overtone by even the officers that staff this building. I'm here because I dont receive child support why must I feel as though I've done something wrong and threatened each time I come here? Wish I was in any other county to avoid these overt micro aggressions and lack of professionalism.
Called a week ahead of time for a support order. Was told they had to get it from the basement and to call back in one week to verify they had it upstairs ready for pick up. Called 7 days later and was told it was ready. Drove over an hour only to be told that it wasn’t a signed or official copy they pulled the wrong one. Was told it would take a few days and they would call when it was ready. We said it doesn’t need to be a certified copy can we just have this one and was told no. After speaking to a supervisor we were told they would make an exception and do us a favor by calling the basement and asking them to bring it up. Over an hour later we received the correct order, but were told numerous times how they were doing us a favor and making an exception. They were condescending and down right rude. Unacceptable and unprofessional to say the least. Get it together Warren County!
Really rude. Every time I call I feel like I’m hassleing them. I had to turn in a bunch of paper work and the lady at the window did not want to be bothered doing her job. Really surprised this is how people act when at work.
