About visiting the probate court

Need help with probate in North Carolina?
I'd get documentation you were there. My boyfriend has a warrant and is gonna have to post bond for a failure to appear on a court date he was very much at.
Mysteriously getting random traffic tickets on my record I didn’t know about until I pulled them up!!! Something fishy is going on here.
They think it's okay to let a dangerous criminal roam free indefinitely while they keep continuing their case. Apparently the life of a 2 year old child is not important. Blood will be on their hands. Negligence!
Wife had traffic ticket and had to take a class for it- called someone at the courthouse who recommended she get a continuance to for more time to finish the class. She agreed, and the person she spoke to said it was taken care of- just finish the class and pay the court fees. Nobody mentioned she still had to be in court (so what's the point of the continuance?) for the original date. We had no idea. She had to get a second continuance to complete the defensive driving class, and again was told it had been taken care of- just finish the class and pay. At no point did anyone mention she had missed the first court date, and was being fined. Once the class is taken care of, she's told she owes hundreds of dollars in fines for not showing up to court dates she was never told about. Thinking there was a mix-up, she called to straighten things out and was given a lot of attitude and was told it was her responsibility to know what not one person she spoke to on the phone there had bothered to tell her. I understand the merits of the courts, and the value of the services they provide, but this seems like extortion.
In 2018 Wilks County court house tried my case against Wilks pools and Spas they worked on my pool when they left there was $5000.00 dollars worth of damage to my pool Wilks County court house let them get by with it and no responsibility toward fixing my swimming pool. Wilks County court house is the most crooked set there is . They had to have been paid off.
