I keep getting told to call back during business hours M-F 8:30 -5pm. I have been calling for two weeks now with the same message!

Where as I am not a fan of the state or it's policy. I have had no problems contacting my case worker and normally get a return call from them within a few hours or next day. They are always polite and try to help me in anyway they can and explain any questions I may have. Miss Robluski? Spelling? Has been especially efficient and cordial.
