Whom is responsible for answering the phone??? How long is one to be placed on hold??? Don't you people work for us in the community, we're paying your salaries...
Compared to every other court/county ive had experience with, all they want is money. My total court fine was more for one misdemeanor was twice that of a much worse case ik in Cuyahoga county. They're just greedy/broke.
