Everyone in the building helped me except for the one court I needed to help me which unfortunately was probate court. All the women of 146 Adams were smiling and friendly except for them, the customer service they provided was appalling. The people inside were just standing around talking to each other not helping anyone while claiming that their appointments for the day we’re full although no other court in the building requires an appointment. All I was requesting was a copy of an old document. The number listed outside of the probate court is basically useless, despite calling multiple times they won’t answer, even though they’re clearly on the other side of the door standing around chitchatting.

I just called to check on a price for an ticket I received and I was calling to see if I could get any information on how long it takes for the ticket information to pull up on website or in their system. So instead of the secretary or whatever she is, at least try to direct me to how I could get this information. She just tell me to call divorce court? Why would you have attitude when someone calls to get information!! And if you could comprehend what I was saying then ask me over again what did I call for? I guess customer service, hospitality, or just leaving your issues at home when your at work; doesn't exist anymore!! I looked up a number on google that gave me information about where to call for traffics ticket information!!! But I guess that didn't matter either because she kept telling me to call divorce court! Then when I asked about a ticket, she then tells me that's not the place to call about that information. If you work for the city, have access to the right number. Why wouldn't you give me the number to make it easier and also just to be helpful?? No. I guess not today. I hope today gets better for her but next time it would be great to have someone that answers your calls to be more expressive and light hearted. Not cold and mad at the world for god knows why, but I didn't do it to her so she should lighten up more. I only called a number that was given to me to check for a price of an ticket of a vehicle! I'm sorry I called you today! Thanks for start my day off with more bs!!
