Reviews of the Bartow County Probate Judge
I wish I had the same experiences as the other people who have left reviews. Although some of the staff was very friendly I had a pretty bad experience here. I was given a citation for drinking alcohol on the lake during the corona shut down when everything was closed. I was there for 15 minutes and had a few sips of a friends truly when the game warden walked up and asked to see our ids. I thought he was just making sure we were of age. I tried to go to court to see if I could get the ticket dismissed and the public defender I had was incredibly rude and unhelpful. Not sure if it was because I was young or not. I watched an older woman who was there for the exact same thing talk to a different public defender and he got the ticket dismissed. Unfortunately my public defender did not care to introduce himself, explain how this works as it was my first time getting a citation here ever, or even be the least bit friendly. The devil himself wouldn't have given a 25 year old a $210 ticket for drinking a few sips of a seltzer beer on the lake, during a corona shut down where literally everything is closed and no one has a job. What kind of janky town allows stuff like this to go down?
I wanted to brag on Caitlin Foster. She did a great job in my dealing with the Court recently. Keep up the good work!
These people are sooo nice I can't believe they voted trump 76% in 2016. Great experience. Thank you guys!
Everyone was helpful and very nice. I was skeptical on every horror I've heard on this side of town but I'm happy I made the choice to move forward and get settled! Everyone here so uplifting in positiveness and good vibes!!!
I had to call and locate a death record that no one had been able to find. The lady I spoke with was incredibly nice and helpful. I am so glad that after months of hitting brick walls, I was able to get some answers.
