Such nice ladies and so helpful (I owe them lol) They are caring life savers 😃
Needed a passport for an upcoming cruise. Had no clue whether or not that's a difficult task normally, but the associate helping me, Seth, assured me I had everything necessary and walked me through the steps. He made it super simple for me to complete necessary work, and within not even 20 minutes I was out of there.
I work for a very large Clerk of Court elsewhere in Florida but needed to come to this much smaller Clerk's Office in Citrus County for other business. While small, they have a computerized sign in that puts you into a queue for the type of service you are there for. A display on the wall shows the current queues, estimates time before you might get called, along with just your first name and middle initial. It estimated I would have to wait 10 minutes but I had just settled in to a seat in the waiting area when my name was called. Sweet! The clerk that assisted me was very courteous, pleasant and efficient. It is best to have all of your paperwork ready and filled out before you come to any Clerk's Office, and mornings, lunchtime and Mondays would usually be busy times, so expect to wait during those higher volume service times. They have free off street parking. You can get many of the forms that you need on their website, do Official Records searches, and more. Check it out before you come. You might be able to take care of your business 24/7 from home for free or at least have the right forms filled out to save time when you come in
Good people to work with and respectful. They try really hard to help everyone doing business with them
