Before you go wait in that line make sure you’re waiting in the right line. Waited a long time to be told that I have to go back and get a clerk of court ticket first and pay them their fee before I can go back into the line a third time to pay the tax collector. Oh and they don’t take card so bring cash. Very inefficient and poorly communicated system they have going there. Something that should have taken 20 minutes is now taking well over 90 minutes and I’m still waiting. 0/10 do not recommend

I had a great experience here. Everyone was friendly and despite being crowded it went quickly. Pam at the tax collector desk was fantastic and went the extra mile with my slightly complicated documents. I always advise folks to call ahead so you have the right documents and have to return.

I was left on hold for 3HOURS before being hung up on. I've dealt with numerous county offices in Florida and this one is by far the absolute worst. It's great to see that are tax money pays for us to be completely disrespected
