The people in this office are very knowledgeable and respectful. Was able to get forms and assistance with filling them out. Make sure to use cash or a money order as they do not accept personal checks. Negs: Disagree that the Clerk pay window is on the 2nd floor where 99% of people use the elevator.

I'm not sure if the clerk employees here are lazy, incompetent, or both. Either way, do not expect to be offered any assistance or information and be prepared to be spoken to in a condescending manner. They're more concerned on watching the clock to go home than doing their job. Unacceptable.
