Wonderful friendly faces, you can still notice a smile even through our masks! Appreciate each and every person that is going to work each and every day amidst this pandemic. This location has always been an excellent one. Consistently smiling faces and very helpful and informative professionals willing to go the extra mile, always a great experience on the few times I have visited. Blessings to everyone!
I was here with my 4 month old taking care of some paperwork at the district clerk’s office. The security officers at the entrance were so helpful in getting me through quickly and assisting with the stroller as I was by myself. The kiosk/ticket process at the clerk’s office itself is organized and easy. Most impressive was as I was leaving; I just happened to ask if they had a mother’s room where I could feed my baby. They didn’t have a designated place but the officers at the front desk were so incredibly understanding and friendly in offering to help me find a private room. It’s my third child and I will literally breastfeed anywhere at this point- I was just curious (and we were kind of in a hurry) so I couldn’t take advantage of their offer to accommodate. However the gesture was sincere and greatly appreciated.
People here complaining but they don't read the instructions before going!!! Make a appointment!!! I made mine a day before I printed out a check list made sure I had everything. The lady in the front is really nice and helpful checked all my paperwork. They even make copies if you need them for a charge of course. The whole procedure only lasted 10 minutes, keep in mind I had all my paperwork filled out before I got there.
Half the people who come for passport do not read the stuff before they come. Good lord read your stuff. Why do you need a passport if you can't understand what the norms are read take time, your ignorance costs people in the line time, so get your things right go through them 2 times and please make your and everyone's life easy.
