They will do anything and say anything possible to get you to go to another passport office so they do not have to do the work. Also appointment only. 3 weeks out. Good luck.
Great service and nice people! My husband and I went in at around 1pm to apply for my children's passports and were able to complete everything before the office closes at 3pm. The workers were nice and it wasn't too crowded there, so I got the forms from the receptionist, sat down and filled them out while my husband took the kids for their photos taken from the next room, and everything went so smoothly! There was an ATM machine nearby so it was also very convenient for us when we needed to withdraw some cash for payments. Highly recommend if you needed to apply for a passport and make sure to bring all the necessary documents with you!
I cant believe they wasted millions of dollars of "taxpayers money" on building this elaborate temple to the justice system. The taxpayers shouldn't have to fund these elaborate buildings so that they can have humongous offices with expensive desks and chairs for the higher ups. When you try to see a public official they act like you are asking to see a prophet, instead of a public servant. They don't seem to understand they work for the public and therefor have no right to privacy inside public buildings while being paid by "TAX DOLLARS".
After reading some of the reviews I was worried about going in this morning. My daughter and I when in to get her passport. In 10 mins we were out the door, the staff where helpful and very friendly. If you need to get a passport and don’t want to wait on the post office go see them👍
The lady at the front is loud as hell for no reason and wasted a lot of our time by telling us to come back at 1:00pm even though we showed up before the noon lunch hour. When we got back at one as instructed there were 15 people ahead of us. She really needs to give out better information to customers. We drove all the way from South Carolina just to waste 2 hours of time. SMDH
