Need help with probate in North Carolina?
I needed to reopen my mother's estate when previously unknown assets were discovered. The staff was very helpful throughout the process. My questions were answered professionally. They made sure that I knew exactly what I needed to do and the documents I needed to prepare.
Worst customer service ever. I don't understand how every government employee with great pay and benefits can treat the public so nasty. It's always an inconvenience when you need assistance.
Giving it one star is actually being nice THE WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE I'VE EVERE EXPERIENCE 90% of the staff is incompetent and treat people as if its an inconvenience to do their job, I hate this place
Worst customer service EVER. No emotions. No compassion. Working robots and VERY RUDE.
Hours of operation posted online are inaccurate. Get your act together. Also no need to be rude and inconsiderate to everyone. We all are not crooks and scoundrels like you.
