I never receive child support even though the father is court ordered to pay and justice is never seen. All that money to take someone to court for what? I wish there was an option to make dad’s who never pay or abandon their children just automatically terminate their rights as fathers. It’s been over a year now since I received child support and I don't want them blaming COVID for it. I have to raise a child with no help through all this mess. The system is useless.
Does anybody even work there? I've been calling for two days and still haven't spoken with a real person. The automated system is the worst in existence. Fraud and abuse of tax payers who ultimately pay salaries. I'd spend 20 minutes pressing buttons and it would lead to a dead end. I've never experienced such unprofessionalism and inability to meet citizens needs. So glad I don't live in that god forsaken area anymore.
Does anyone even work there? Trying to call 2 days get never speak to a person. Website is a joke since just need verify hours of operation for a particular issue. I know it's only certain days and times but can't verify it.
This is by far the most incredible fascist organization known to man I have the right to motion to court it is not a privilege it is our right to motion the court and yet the clerk sees fit to deny me this right under threat of arrest claiming that I am trying to motion a constitutional motion he stated he will not accept those constitutional motions this is addition he has lied on his oath before the god of Abraham the people that work for him also lie they are under oath to help the citizenry there under oath to provide service to the citizens the taxpayers who pay their wages it is not up to the clerk to deny access to the court under threat of arrest it is up to the judge to throw out of motion is spurious this is absolutely the shape of things to come and a Nazi organization,,, I am positive when he was called on this he will lie that's what people do these diabolical narcissists lie welcome to Rock Springs Church
Child support division delays payment often due to having so many "Holidays". Today not sure why it is delayed but can't get through to speak with any one.
