Every time my girl April always goes above and beyond for me. She is always greeting me with a warm smile and her bubbly personality. Genesis did the best hiring her! She bends over backwards for every single customer. This is someone who you want working for you. Thank you April!!!
If I could give zero stars I would because this place is completely incompetent. Paid 130.00 to get my title and registration, only for the title to get "lost" even though I live down the street from the office. Called several times to speak with someone just to be told I would have to wait 2 weeks. After waiting 2 weeks I go to get a replacement and had to pay more money for a duplicate title even though I never received the first one. You all are complete and utter trash.
I've moved a lot over the years and have had to switch my license or registration a few times. I honestly have never been treated so nicely and quickly at any other government operation before. Shameeka was so helpful in getting my tags switched from Davidson to Robertson. I only needed my ID and two proofs of residence and I was in and out in LITERALLY 3 minutes. They didn't even have to mail me the new tags and stickers- they were printed and ready right then and there. Honestly, such an amazing start to my time in RobCo! :)
Always quick, helpful, and easy to deal with County Clerk's office. Almost never too long a line. Short walk to plentiful parking, but watch the traffic as everyone seems a rush here. Drive-thru for tag renewals.
If you've ever dealt with clerk's offices you know it can be a pain--but the folks at Robertson County are awesome! They are friendly, kind, and patient. Try finding that level of professionalism anywhere else!
