Reviews of the Rockwall County District Clerk
This was a great passport experience for myself and children. The gentlemen that worked there not only help me with our on-line appointments, but during the application process, he was extremely friendly, helpful and very thorough. He put our needs first, and walked us through it step by step. Couple times I wasn't sure what to do and he was very helpful in explaining it. We forgot to bring checks even though he informed us previously, but he let me leave to purchase a money order, and return to complete the process. He is an outstanding passport agent, and I would highly recommend the Rockwall County Passport office.
I came to renew my daughters passport and was left entirely disappointed with the service. The man who was supposed to help us was a man of older age who was terribly rude and unhelpful. Throughout the entirety of my appointment he behaved in a hostile and careless manner. At one point I moved ahead when I was writing down information and filled in more sections and he very rudely asked “did i ask you to do that? Don’t do things I didn’t tell you to do.” This man lacked any type of patience, which is something that anyone who works with people on a regular basis should have. Not only was I left very displeased with the service I received but also another lady who was in the same room as me pointed out how he was disrespectful. These types of people do not deserve the jobs they have, he should be replaced by someone who can offer actual help and be pleasant while doing it.
