Protection Order Facilitator’s office and judge has failed me currently. Didn’t message me with other orders I could do even though my daughters social worker knows the non-custodial parent is not in the right state of mind currently to handle a child. He does not know what a healthy relationship is and yet it seems like the judge is trying to make me work with someone who is unhealthy and dangerous. I will be getting help to resolve this matter with DCYF because I know I should qualify for some kind of order. However when it comes to the judge it becomes out of my hand. Obviously this whole protection for the pandemic or whatever has really made the system more corrupt. They don’t know the full side of the story and you can’t show them the whole entire posts. If it got approved for a good cause form I don’t see why it wouldn’t get approved for some kind of order. I did include dates if they noticed. Unfortunately I still have to attend counseling because the order got denied and not only that but now I have to figure out away so my daughter can stay safe. So thanks a lot justice system you failed me and also failed my daughter. I also love how they immediately denied my order request without any explanation except for a box that I made sure shouldn’t have been checked. If they help me get the justice I need I would be gladly to raise the stars but right now it’s staying at one just because they are risking not only my safety but my daughters as well.
No one was there when I visited but I was able to use the kiosk in the hall to get copies of the court records that I needed.
I usually talk to pretty nice&helpful people. Today, the man that answered the phone said he didn't know what a type of hearing was.... how does a court clerk not know? I had a couple of other questions and he was useless. Unwilling to even attempt to answer anything. If you don't know.... you find out. LAZY!!!
I have dealt with a few County Clerk's offices in the state and this one is by far the most efficient. When I am at any other I dream of being here. If you have to go here....take notice because you won't walk into another clerks office and get treated half as well or fast. This place is about its business. Most folks who go in there are on a time crunch and get what they need with time to spare. I've seen it time and time again. You'll also find some of the best smiles in the state here✌😁👍.
