Reviews of the Clerk of Circuit Court
I don't normally leave reviews, but I just called the phone number with basic Q&A for a traffic ticket. Was on hold for 35 minutes (not a problem, we all get busy at work). When I finally was next in line. It began to ring MORE and suddenly... I hear the phone pick up for a split second and **BAM!**... I'm hung up on. Ever since I've gotten my very first traffic citation, this happens to me almost every time I call this location. And the Deland location (if it rings at all) is worse. You would think during the COVID19 season, phones would be a priority. Ultimately, the suspension of my license is on the line. This BASIC issue is about to cause a major domino affect and cost me MONEY. Why am I going through this when I'm trying to do what I'm asked to do (per the letter sent to me by mail)?? I have my money right here FOR YOU, and I can't even get through to speak to someone. The customer service phone line has been lower than PAR for far too long and should be addressed. Especially since it is, and has been, advertised on the website as a reliable method of contact. I never leave bad reviews, but this is sloppy..
JUDGE CHRISTOPHER KELLY IS A AWESOME JUDGE. VERY CLEAR & DECISIVE LIKE A TURE BOSS, POSITIVE AS CAN BE. 10 STARS TO THIS JUDGE TODAY 1.3.19 WAS SUCK A SMOOTH COURT DAY. HE WALKED IN WITH AUTHORITY & POSITIVITY.
It's 2019 and you are really charging people more money to pay with a card. What a scam Florida is running here.
