Need help with probate in Rhode Island?
This is absolutely ludicrous!!!! I’m immuno compromised older person and no one will listen to a word I say!!! So the court can refuse me entry to me?
These public servants are rude. They don't want to help in any way. They take way to call you back, that's even if you do. When you have a question they act like your a low life and they are better than you. You go in to the court rooms and all the DAs and Atteroneys are talking about a person case right in front of everyone. No privacy at all. Get your stuff together #RhodeIsland.
Please get your records straight! Not for nothing, receiving a jury summons for your husband that passed away over 2 years ago doesn't feel too good. I am so tired of continuously having to re-report his death. I know you already have it on file. And oh, his final address on his ID before his death was actually Mass, not RI, so there's also that.... My luck, he will end up being called anyways, and the next letter will be a warrant.
The state workers are rude, there is no respect with the staff. I must correct that the majority are like that but few an I mean very few are professional. For example me and a friend went last week we asked sheriff were was the clerks office. An said " ask information " so we walk towards her and she was talking with a co worker about her baby then pulls out her phone and precedes 2 show her pics for like 5 minutes like we weren't even there. So I cleared my throat loudly like we been here tells her friend hold on an rudely said " YES CAN I HELP YOU " like really
