About visiting the probate court

Need help with probate in North Carolina?
Cannot attest to the level of corruption of the judges or how fair the court is, but the outside grounds were going under improvements which is a nice sign for the town. The memorial to the Confederate soldiers lost in the war stands as a sentinel on the grounds adorned with a wreath, and has no plans to be moved elsewhere. The courthouse itself looks pretty good for its age, since the first one was raided by the Union army in 1865 and remodelled in 1901. The August terms of the NC state Supreme Court were held here from 1847-1861 as the sign says. Worth a visit if in Morganton, especially post-improvements. Cheers.
The employees at the court house deal with clients who are facing their worst days on a daily basis. They do so with a pleasant attitude consistently in my experience and I know this is not an easy thing to do. Everyone from the bailiffs to the clerks will appreciate any level of kindness and respect granted them because they are used to consistently un-pleasant customers. Just because your experiencing a tough time does not mean that has to be forced onto others, they are great people doing their jobs just like everyone else in this world.
The Court system is a waste if time and money. They will convicted you for anything tbh.
They don’t even deserve one star worst people with terrible attitudes judgey inconsiderate and seem to hate their life and you
