Need help with probate in Ohio?
This place is crowded. What happened to social distancing? They do not check temperatures at the door. They do not enforce face covering on deputies. I have no doubt that the Butler county sheriff is responsible for their lack of enforcement, as he does not believe in the science behind protective measures. The same man that forbids deputies to carry narcan, as he would prefer people that overdose just die.
Courthouse is a joke and getting a marriage license there is a mistake. My husband and I went there because we are from out of state but getting married in Butler Co and then moving to Ohio. We got our license (so we thought), got married, got certified copies, and then we were told they got audited and our license was voided. It was an error they made but they blamed us for it and we are now going through the process to fix their mistakes. Staff is rude and disrespectful and refused to give us assistance despite it being their error that caused the issue in the first place. Please avoid getting a marriage license here at all costs.
Love this building can't find architecture being built like this anymore, Has an Ohio Historical Marker on the High Street side of the building. This is still an operational Courthouse
Marriage license process is a joke. Receptionists are rude and do not go in order like they should. Was told it would take 20 minutes and we’ve been here an hour and a half due to their incompetence. Only accept cash with no ATM on premises. Only accept EXACT cash at that, and do not give out change. Overall, horrendous experience, however; the doorman is awesome - looks just like Mattlock.
Well you know this is a republican town. The County's works in the city, Oxford the only town this halfway Johnny sense but that's because the college students then the educated professors. But it's like I said when you have the county sheriff who watches Fox News 24/7 on all the channels in the county what do you expect you can't expect a real intelligent person to be running the program for the city or the county.
