Plan ahead to be early in case available parking is limited and be prepared for formal security measures upon entering the building, as courthouses are official state and federal property. This generally includes passing through metal detectors and allowing search of any belongings.

Really not much to it..This building has alot of things going on, that I am not aware about. Came for moral support for a friend, that was getting a petition filed. The people that we were directed to for guidance, was great and very helpful.
BEWARE. Thanks to cross-endorsement of candidates, voters in New York State seldom get to elect judges to the Erie County Family Court bench. Here's how it works. Political operatives for both parties agree to not run an opponent against their "chosen" candidate. The only people on the ballot are their two choices. It's win-win for them, but it corrosive to Democracy and ripe for corruption. The GOP and the Dems are essentially selling judges robes to the highest bidder. And when the time comes to call in a little favor, how willing will the judge be to look the other way on a custodial case where the respondent is related to someone high up in politics? Or where the lawyer in the case is a big donor the the political party? It happens more often than you think.Don't believe it? Look up Steve Pigeon and Judge Michalek.
Magistrate Zarcone made my niece responsible for her own educational costs?! She allowed evidence into the hearing without it having anything to do with the case but more lies by his attorney and him. Allowing him to say and not prove things is sad. Now my niece has to pay for her own education. Very sad that someone without children has so much control. She consistently gives the one not paying chances but never the one taking care of the kids day to day.
Two words....Third Reich...headquarters for the New Nazi party the ones who dont need bullets or V2 rockets instead they make their own rules and completely disregard the United States Constitution....they dont use trains or poison gas...instead they use manipulation and intimidation... fear and hate to undermine the ammendments and civil rights of families...their lawyers are all overpaid underqualified quacks with 2nd rate law degrees that would get them laughed out of any real court in a major city such as New York or Chicago...thats why they are welcomed by the Gestapo with open arms...congratulations Sharon Lovallo and Erie County you have made your Fuhrer proud!!!!...#Truth#FightForYourRights#
