About visiting the probate court

Need help with probate in Arizona?
It's been my experience as of late that there are a couple of Superior Court judges that have been less than fair. I'm filing a complaint in the morning. Not here nooo, Phoenix. Judicial misconduct is a very serious thing. Especially when a certain probation officer lies to a superior court court. She walked into my house, unannounced and asked my 9 year old granddaughter questions. She never had me or my sign a paper stating this was his residence. She also lost jurisdiction oover my son when she called mess probation and had them check on him. Bad move judge, real bad

Can the customer service be any worse? Seems like this is a place where these people have worked all their lives and have no fear of losing their position or dealing with any discipline so they talk to customers like they’re trash, WHEN THEY ANSWER THEIR PHONES. They hang up on people and just have the worst attitudes ... Seems about right for a town full of speed traps set up to collect money from folks driving through... Horrible people. It’s funny, if you call the main number the receptionist bad mouths th more than I am ... that’s how you know they’re awful.
