About visiting the probate court

Need help with probate in Alabama?
Jefferson County court house floors 4th is failed. They don’t provide the interpreter for deaf communication access. Asking for the write down on the paper. They kept talking for three hours! Can’t they understand what I was say on the paper that ... I’m American Sign Language? Please use the da$@ common sense!! Sooo frustration! That’s alerts (warning) 🤷🏽♀️ Ingrid Edwards.
They continually loop you around to get this form or that filled out without informing you that it has to be done in person. They are literally saying that someone’s signature is invalid bc they can’t read it. Seems a bit misguided to believe you can tell people how they write. Absolutely useless customer service with an extremely nasty attitude. Will not let you speak to explain while just running you over. Each of the people at these windows seems to be completely rude. It seems this misinformation or lacking information is a trend based on other reviews.
They don’t know anything..not even the answers to simple questions. Will talk in circles but don’t provide answers.
Everyone at this court house is rude. I will be going to Pelham! The lady at the driver license acts like she knows it all and rude. She literally threw papers at me no reason. She’s telling me To smile in my photo and I’m like I’m ok I’ll smile . She said no you have to show your teeth! smile bigger! like what the ? You take your picture how you want . Let me take my picture . So rude . Wow all I can say. Thank you next! Going to Pelham next month bunch of bs at this place .
