Need help with probate in Indiana?
The blonde older woman on floor 3 is extremely rude. I asked questions about information needed and she shrugged her shoulders and said " I don't know, I don't know what you want me to do with that information" and walked away, incredibly rude and unhelpful. The women on the first floor are much more engaging and effective. Both times I've seen the woman on the third floor she has been rude and acting like I was wasting her time or a burden. Very unprofessional.
Judge In court 3 is a career alchoholic. He gets away with PIs and DUIs with the help of local shelbyville police. The metal thermos he carries around has booze in it as well. There are pictures proving the shelbyville police are in his pocket and that he is guilty of driving while under the influence on multiple occasions. Why is he allowed to get away with this when he is supposed to be a recognized law abiding citizen? This guy refuses to do his job and looking at evidence to prove the contrary. He is corrupt and only cares about putting away innocent people for the money the courts and corrections receive. He continuously violates the ethics clause in the courtroom as well. He takes cases knowing that it is a conflict of interest, therefor vilolating the ethics clause from which he serves! Who knows what else this guy is hiding and an extensive internal investigation needs to be done on him!! ASAP!!!
