Need help with probate in California?
Can't seem to get valid information from any of the staff excluding Andrew from the free self help. Apparently the supervisor Kim Gallagher is just as incompetent and can't manage to simply process information. Forms continuously disappear, and clearly is a common issue from what other stated during my court hearing. You would think considering they have been closed to the public that the office would be more organized but Kim seems to have slipped her job duties and needs adequate training in regards to professionalism.
Noone answers. & IF they do, They cant find info. Rude. Unorganized. Dont pay attention, they must be on their cell phones at the same time. Overall WORST "law enforcement" and service ive EVER had to deal with. Im sure Glad i served this country.& these people are somewhat helping ensure our laws and sure as hell dont seem to be glad nor want to be doing it. GET NEW EMPLOYEES UP AND DOWN THAT S**THOLE THAT ACTUALLY CARE.
Trooper wrote me a traffic citation that was supposedly in Modoc County but it was actually in Lassen. The court did not inform me of this or provide any notice of a court date/need to pay bail. They were unresponsive by phone and were unwilling to help me understand the issue in any way. Reticent, reluctant, and rude- that's the Lassen County Superior Court. Guard your money and time carefully here.
I saw a prosecuting attorney tell the judge that she couldn't find the witness, the judge dismissed the case, then this lady got up and left. The judge recognized her as the witness. It was good for the defendant, but made the prosecutor, judge, and court overall look silly.
Marrian, I'm probably spelling that wrong, but she answers the phone a lot it seems if not exclusively and she is so sweet and friendly and efficient I cant thank her enough for her pleasant disposition the ripple effect is insane. Sweet girl, keep being sweet ❤️
