Plan ahead to be early in case available parking is limited and be prepared for formal security measures upon entering the building, as courthouses are official state and federal property. This generally includes passing through metal detectors and allowing search of any belongings.

The staff for the court house, most are beyond rude and not very informative. Act like your less than human and eyes get rolled at you if you ask for any direction. They Act like you don't know what your talking about when indeed they're the ones not listening to you promptly enough in the first place. Never felt so uncomfortable in my life when you would think your in a "safe place". Please Work on better customer service. Thank you. Not everyone in there is there bc they're a bad person themselves. Most have alot of personal stuff going on and in need of help. Treat them with decency. Don't add to their bad day.

They ruined my life. If you are a victim, they will not listen to what you need or want. They will just screw you over and throw you out on the streets. They are cruel, unfeeling monsters who take an hour and a half lunch break while you sit terrified for your future.

The Judges and Jury management team have obviously worked hard to improve the process and provide for concerns during mandatory social distancing. The shuttle bus connecting the parking garage and courthouse is equipped with barriers between seat rows and can easily accommodate the number of jurors processed during these conditions. The reduced volume also provides lots of separation space in the jury waiting room. When brought to a court room during selection, the jurors are manged in small groups and kept separate, again to allow adequate interpersonal distance. The selection process takes a little longer as a result, but for anyone concerned with proximity or interaction masks, cleaning between groups, and separation and barriers are part of the ongoing protocols. If you can shop for groceries or necessities, this is likely much less of an issue. The staff are pleasant and open to suggestions to improve the process and experience. They really are concerned with making this better and easier for jurors.

Parking is provided for potential/ jurors, coffee and donuts if you get there early enough. Shuttle bus to and from parking garage. Nice cafeteria, a bit over priced, but food is good.
