Need help with probate in Iowa?
Laura from Payment plan needs to be fired. Lady gave me a hard time for an address update which i had official documents from state and energy bill and she refused to update address giving her manager a call. I am a professional so updating an address should not be a problem. Obviously to her its too much, very UNETHICAL person to deal with. Calling her supervisor.
I called the courthouse and the lady got snappy with me and hung up. I just need to know what to do to get out of jury duty. I am a caregiver to my mom with Parkinsons. She needs my time more than our court system. That is what is wrong with country most people dont have responsiblities.
Rudest people you'll ever meet at the clerk of court office. Went there for my son to inquire about getting fine automatically taken out of his check. He doesn't get in town till around 5 from work. Ladies behind the door where you have to knock are completely rude. Seems to get bothered to be asked to do her job.
Laura was very rude and refused to listen to my questions and cut me off mid sentence. clearly hates her job. Unfortunately she's the only person in that position to talk to so if you need help good luck getting any from her
Muscatine county is one of the WORST counties in Iowa to deal with iowa. I tried filing an expungement on my record for 7 different tickets that all steamed from ONE incident and they told me I had to file each one individually! Why? It steamed from the same incident. It’s $185 every time u file something like that! I even put my court case numbers all on a separate page too! How is it MULTIPLE OTHER COUNTIES CAN DO THAT BUT NOT MUSCATINE?!? And the people who work there are rude as hell!
