I am disgusted that i could go into court for my children and the judge fall asleep during testimony. So much so that he had to get up and do a lite jog and also refused to address blatant jurisdiction concerns. How can you hold the public to a certain standard while a judge not be held to the same if not higher. It is very upsetting that my case was so unimportant and the judge was so biased because i had no attorney that he would FALL ASLEEP during my case. (Nash county courthouse)
Go directly into the front of the courthouse to see Clerk of Court or pay a ticket. Some places you need to go can be confusing as to where they are actually located. Clerk of Court is here. The ladies that worn in that office are SUPER NICE and HELPFUL. I was pleasantly surprised.
