Who to speak with when visiting the Palm Beach County probate court
Plan ahead to be early in case available parking is limited and be prepared for formal security measures upon entering the building, as courthouses are official state and federal property. This generally includes passing through metal detectors and allowing search of any belongings.
Many courthouses do not allow cell phones, so keep that in mind as your phone may need to be turned off upon entering the courthouse, or even left outside.

Reviews of the Palm Beach County Courthouse
I am not an Attorney but I challenged Florida's "At Will Employee Law" as being unconstitutional. My argument was effective and thought provoking enough that an Appellate Court in the state of Florida gave me a ruling with both upper and lower case numbers. Constitutional law states " there shall be made law for which there is no remedy ". Although they ruled against me I set a precedent which clearly makes me a winner. I did most of my discovery in the law library on the first floor sitting behind the long wood table. I researched previous cases as my foundation on which to build. The books can't leave so I stayed with the books many long hours. It's more than courtrooms. I filed both my divorce lawsuit through materials provided in the the " self service center " at nominal cost. Researched Deeds, paid traffic tickets and more. It's an amazing landmark and City within itself. You don't have to be a criminal to take advantage of its vast amenities.
Waiting for someone to give me a court date for a speeding ticket... 14 windows... full room of people waiting Not one person helping Not one person being taken Ridiculous your horrible
Probate and Records staff extremely professional and courteous. The Security staff very professional and friendly.
I called multiple times to speak to sor department and court admistration placed me on hold then picked up the phone and hung up on me. I called multiple times after and kept ignoring my calls. Finally got ahold of someone at that department to explain the situation and ask what thwy wanted me to do and the receptionist just hung up in the middle of the conversation. No level of professionalism and should really be trained on how to talk to people and handle a situation.⁹
I have to say, it was my first time here, I was going to do some recording, let me tell you this, EVERYONE from the security outside the building to security inside, staff at the recording department, in between, EVERYONE was sooo nice ! Very helpful with tons of questions I had, help me go in the right direction, did the process very quick and professional! Overall had a good experience!
