Like many other "family" courts, this is court for the mother. Regardless on what's better for your child, they will focus on the mother and not even pay attention to the father's opinion and/or concerns. I have seen cases where the father has documented evidence of the mother letting their child around drugs, abusive relationships, etc. As long as the child isn't physically harmed, the judge will not even blink an eye. This was just one of the cases I've seen, with Jill Polk as the judge. The "law guardians" joke around constantly with the female public defenders prior to going into the courtroom, which are the same one's going against the father's honest claims. It's a completely unjust system, catered 100% for the mother. Why do you think it's so hard to find the custodial win % based on gender? Big bravo though for destroying father-child relationships. If you were intelligent you would know the psychological effect this has on a child, from youth to adulthood. Also, it goes with being said that fathers make great parents too. If you actually viewed each case from a neutral perspective, you could see that some fathers can provide a much better life than one that the mother can provide.
The judge saw through the BS that was being pulled and I was Lawfully awarded custody of my child. Thank god I finally got a judge that listens
It's court. Not much to like here, regardless of the outcome. Neutral score.
