Need help with probate in California?
Regarding Judge Sonny Sandhu: The prejudicial bias and civil-law incompetence is strong with this one.
I went to file some paper work and the lady seemed to not know what she was talking about. Went in a second time and same lady didn't want to help me file my forms because it was 7 minutes to closing time. Despite the fact that i wasted time waiting for my number to be called and the security wasting time with irrelevant questions. So she'd rather just sit there, doing nothing, until closing time. Ridiculous.
my experience was not a poor one at the Superior Court of California Modesto the employees seemed very kind and helpful I utilized self help desk and I was able to acquire forms and assistance in filling them out promptly the only unfortunate aspect is that the city's homeless gravitates towards the facility and while I was there I came across some unexpected issues regarding the homeless and cleanliness of the outside of the facility my daughter has special needs and is in a wheelchair and they were very accommodating to my daughter's requirements it seemed as though they went above and beyond what was necessary to ensure our safe arrival to our destination and as we navigated through the building
I mostly deal with the clerks and judges in the Civil arena. I've found them to be polite and professional. I don't expect it matters, though, the popularity of the court system and/or stars. It's what we have in this United States and I'm glad of it.
The lady in the Clerks office was very kind and this was extremely surprising. She was very helpful and I had a way better experience than I ever imagined.
