I got commission Tiffany D. Gregg she use cuss words in her court room and she rude and I don't agree with her views or how she does her job as a judge I have trued to put a complaint in on her but I have not found any one who over see her I have called the gov office and attorney general office but I keep get in road blocks and it's time for her to go this is not a place for her at all and I have called and put complain abort her and no one can tell me who is over her
From out of state. Called and waited 2 hours yesterday just for nobody to take my call and it's been over an hour so far this morning. At this rate I'll be waiting all day all week. After several attempts, even using a different phone, the automated message goes away after only a few minutes then your left with confusion because the call is still active but it's nothing but silence. Waiting times are ridiculous and there is a major lack in service. Not to mention the case.net is down It's obvious someone isn't doing their job in this place
Went to the courthouse to get a statement of non-assessment for my car registration. I had to wait probably 2 hours but they did a good job of spacing everyone apart and the receptionist was very nice and patient.
I have been trying for over a month to obtain records. I call for 8 or 9 days there is no answer. They can't find my records. Referred to supervisor. She never answers phone or returns calls. Freaking nightmare.
I've been in here three times to pay property taxes. Always been ill-prepared because reasons. Every time, they have sat down with me and let me email them things, show them photo copies, call other gov. offices etc. to help me do what I came to do. Each time they take an extra 20 minutes just so I don't have to make a second trip. Never made me feel stupid for not knowing what I needed, even though I should have. Little things like not making me feel like a moron, go a long way in a government building. That's just been my experience.
