Who to speak with when visiting the Wright County probate court
Plan ahead to be early in case available parking is limited and be prepared for formal security measures upon entering the building, as courthouses are official state and federal property. This generally includes passing through metal detectors and allowing search of any belongings.
Many courthouses do not allow cell phones, so keep that in mind as your phone may need to be turned off upon entering the courthouse, or even left outside.

So bad they need to at least have some compassion on what they do WWJD but I quess someday what all is done will be done into those when all we need is help on some question being answered courtesy...
If you're going in for court, you'll see that they are super unorganized. The most unorganized court system I've ever seen. Last time I was there for 3 hours, my public defendant got emailed while I was sitting in there.... He never came. I was the last one to leave the court room. Then I went up to the fourth floor, and one of the ladies asked me if I was incarcerated (I'll trust in street clothes and no cop)... So that's how brilliant they are up there. My advice would be to go in a patient mood, not have any plans after, and speak as little as you can.
Idk how they say Justice for all when the Judge don't allow you to talk. There's always more to what took place, then what they get. But, they don't want to listen, I thought that was their job. And don't get me started on CPS, They say they want kids with family, well family has been trying to just see them since Feb and haven't been allowed to. But the drug using mom can still see them. Just wrong!
I wish they had negative ratings to reflect my service accurately. Every person I've talked to on the front lines of the phones is rude and do not seem to be interested in helping people try to find the information they need. This is where customer service goes to die.
Dear people who moan READ THIS: come prepared, have your ducks counted and in a row, and everything will be ok. Came in for DL renewal - in/out in 20 min. How? Prefilled form online, brought required docs and a couple additional ones in case needed, and made sure I combed my hair ahead of time for the picture. Pro tips: bring a recent utility bill even if you don’t think you’ll need it, mortgage docs aren’t subject to time restrictions (I.e. can be 30+ days old), and do not put tape on top of your SSN card! This location is the most efficient DMV related office I’ve worked with.
