The staff was very courteous in helping me get certified copies of my court judgments and decrees. I was very impressed at how candid they are regarding the court cases, making it impossible to find out information which is actually a good thing. I presented my photo identification, after which I was given the copies I needed, thus the information I needed. It's assuring to know that no one can just walk up and get my personal information.
We just called regarding a relative’s court case and whatever phone operator you have employed, was the rudest, most uninformative, person that I have ever had to deal with. We tried to ask if there was a court date set for this individual and were informed we need a case number to get any information. When we tried to explain that we didn’t know the case number and there wasnt one set online, she hung up on us without giving any further information. I don’t know what kind of circus you are trying to run but just because you work with and around criminals doesn’t mean you need to treat everyone like they are below you. Shame on you.
