I filed a motion to show cause of contempt in late September for visitation. It is January and I still don’t have a court date. I have left countless messages and have never been called back. When I do get someone on the phone I am treated rudely and told the will call you if they need anything. My son hasn’t been able to open his birthday or Christmas presents because the court does not care about families or the children in them.

The security and clerks are super nice when dealing with child support. All the others, Dont care about the law, guidelines they must follow. They were given a set of rules to follow but then Dont follow them. If your the defendant in a child support case without a lawyer- plan to get railroaded and held hostage -literally. They serve you papers for the amount of child support they expect you to bring, then triple the amount once inside the courtroom. When you Dont have it, you get arrested on the spot. ITS LITERALLY MODERN DAY ROBBERY! $2500 is not good enough for them, they would rather see the fathers incarcerated. When you Dont pay your child support, you go to jail, when the mother doesn't allow you to see your child, nothing happens. It shouldn't be about the dollar amount but about the amount of time when you spend with your child. No one should be jailed because they Dont have the money over a debt. Period. They Dont care is your child is 18 years old... They Dont care if your child quit school in 8th grade because the mother has no morals or real love for their child... They Dont care if your child moves out of state and lives without the mother anymore ...even though the law states, "the county the child resides"... They Dont care if your child works full time for a couple of years and has more assets than the father ... This place sides with the alienating mother...the one who kidnapped your child away from you for no reason Once they jail you, Al cannon detention center offers you to work all kinds of hours for $1 a day!!!! Moping their floors, painting the whole building etc!! IT IS MODERN DAY SLAVERY!! WE ARE IN DESPERATE NEED OF REFORM!!! YOUR VOICE IS WHAT MATTERS, SPEAK LOUD AND CLEAR!! NO ONE WILL HEAR YOU IF YOU DONT SPEAK UP!! NOTHING WILL CHANGE IF WE DONT SPEAK UP!!
