The rudest and most unprofessional people I’ve encountered. We had a marriage appointment for 8am, they then after making the appointment apparently changed their hours to 9am without informing anyone. Their website still says 8am their phone recording says 8am. The guard refused to let us inside and called me a liar for having an 8am appointment, when I showed her the confirmation saying 8am she said oh well they must have changed it it’s not my problem. The girl, Alicia, that works in the official records department, was HORRIBLE. I called to tell her we were here but the guard was telling us our appointment was changed. I didn’t want them to think we were a no show especially since I received NO notification of any change. She was even more rude and told me it doesn’t matter if you make an appointment or not, it’s not needed that we can come anytime between 9am and 4pm and they’ve been changing people’s appointments to accommodate this. I asked her “not to be difficult, but people have work and other responsibilities, do you guys not contact people informing them of their appointment change?” and she hung up on me. Do not waste your time coming here, wish I drove the 30 minutes to Pinellas county instead, they’re 1000% more professional and polite.
