Got an appointment to get a passport here. You must call as they do not have a method to schedule an appointment on-line. Had to call a few times as it seems they might be a bit understaffed. Scheduling my appointment was easy and the person I spoke with gave me a ton of options as far as time. She also gave me all the details about the forms I would need and how to pay the fees. I arrived at this location during the early morning. The entrance is located on Cornelius Ave and it's the second set of doors (located down a short walkway) Upon entering I was greeted by the security guards who were very kind and answered all my questions. Once you walk through the scanner they provide you with instructions on how to get to the passport office (instructions below). The woman who helped me with my passport walked me through every step and confirmed all the information on my passport application was valid. She was very helpful and patient. There was someone else who was also being assisted that was having a rough day and the man helping her was incredibly patient, thoughtful, and supportive. I definitely recommend getting your passport done here. They will help you every step of the way. The process took about 20 min and they also took my passport photo here. Passport Office Directions To get to the passport office continue forward from the metal scanner at the entrance. Once you reach the wall directly in front of the scanner turn right and proceed down the hall. At the end of the hall turn left and after walking a few feet you will reach a set of elevators on each side. Take the elevator on the right as the one on the left has been designated for employees only. Press the button for 4R. Once the elevator has arrived, exit and make 2 rights. As you walk down this hallway you will come across a desk on your right side. There should be someone here who will instruct you to proceed to the door on your left side. Through this door is the passport office. This is based off information from my May 2021 visit.

So happy with my ceremony. Very short and to the point. I was given time to take pictures with my husband and witnesses without being rushed and I even took a video for the officiant of me and my husband jumping the broom. Very pleased with the service and would recommend anyone who want to go to the clerk to do so.

I just became a Naturalized Citizen and needed to apply for my passport. I contacted the office for guidance and to book an appointment. That was my first experience of stellar service by Gloria. She even called me the day after to check in if I found some additional information regarding express service that I needed. I got an appointment within a few days; went there and had my second stellar experience; this time by Elsa. Informative, explained everything well, courteous and very efficient. Highly recommend this office!!! Thank you Gloria and Elsa
