The distance from the handicapped parking to the entrance is rediculas and way too far. Needing to stop several times before reaching the entrance with no where provided. No benches or anything. No handicapped doors to restrooms which cause difficulty opening the door while using a handicapped walker with seat.

The ladies answering the phone at the clerks office are extremely rude and unprofessional. I asked to be transferred to the DAs office and the lady I spoke with continued to give me their number very aggressively over and over again, proceeding to cut me off mid sentence, telling me there is no difference in me dialing the number and her transferring me over and over again.. Is it that hard to hit a button?? She actually put the phone down and I could hear her and her co-workers laughing. Mind you I'm in bumper to bumper traffic with my child, just got off work and trying to speak to the DAs office before they close... Which is 10 mins from now at this point. I get home, I call to file a complaint and I'm told, there is no way that that happened, that there is another lady there telling her otherwise and it's not her job to blindly believe me.. And she continued to argue with me like a child. I was embarrassed for the lack of maturity these employees have. Good luck dealing with them. They clearly don't value customer service and have no consideration. The lack of professionalism will make you sick.

~I do not feel that these "lawyer's" are fair nor the judges. But who am I to say anything. I'm just a"Declerated War Time Veteran" (IF,EF)

I don't think anyone does like this place..... Its not so much the place as it is what happens to a lot of good ppl and bad ones to....

We don't have any problems with them they usually be friendly with us but the judge I got for a contempt charge over my daughter she did me wrong plus she didn't allow my husband to speak in my case against my mother and we wasn't to happy with it. She doesn't like men at all. Also she wouldn't listen to me so no go for that judge but I'm thankful too cause she is making my mother to allow me to getting visit but the other staff be good
