Reviews of the Caldwell County Courthouse

I've had great experiences with the Caldwell county court house over the years I've live in Caldwell. They have very knowledgeable staff who have helped me with probation wills to back ground checks for renters and employment. 5 stars all the way!

My lover said she would take the plea but the DA said that she was uninterested in taking a plea from my lover but only wanted me. If thats not unjust that is beyond me. Why should i take a plea just for them to target her after? On the same case, if i plea that means i admit to it. I need some numbers to call. Im dead serious about this revolting system only caring about money and putting people away. They can literally threaten me and tell me that i have a single day to agree to this plea bargain or i will get a misdemeanor raised to a felony. If thats not bias blackmail then i dont know what is. This needs to be changed and i need people to share their stories and accounts and people involved so we can get something done about this. Dont be afraid to give them a bad review when their wrong like i see their racist bailiff in there and on other occasions unjust decisions and unjust cases brought up from the get go. So I've been going through this case for a little while. It's misdemeanors for me and my loved one. Now it's funny cuz I've been trying to put me down from the very beginning. The investigator Crosby has been bias in our case in trying to take me down through her from the very beginning. He sometimes tries to use her to get to me. After coming over our house during the day while I'm at work knowingly. To speak to my loved one at home while she was by herself. And guess what he's not even in the uniform. His truck is plain. He looks like a normal person coming to our house 2 weeks after he said he would "soon." Knowing that I'm at my job at that point in time. How are we supposed to feel about that? He could have came in did something left and not even been a subject of what happened to her because he wasn't in his uniform and nobody seen anything around here. My main thing is now they're taking my case specifically. Me being a guy they are automatically biased towards me and they're supposed to be no bias in the court system. Sadly we can't do anything about this even though we are the people and they are just people too, but they can decide whether you're guilty or not before they even put you through court and they are now taking my misdemeanor and trying to make it a felony. After they stated that I had a court date that I missed and we're trying to have an arrest warrant on me which an attorney was able to take care of for me. Because I did not get notification he did not get notification. Yet there are able to not tell me when my court date is and expect me to be there. I should be able to sue them for my entire life's Worth to be able to make us comfortable. This is supposed to be a justice system and yet because a hormonal pregnant woman that is working decides that against me being a guy I should be indicted. So yet again it's just like they're trying to force me to go to jail in either pay more money or just ruin my life. When they've already taken on baby away and putting her in a place that my loved one came from that was horrible to her and yet they act like they care. Something needs to be done about this place. Something needs to be done about this justice system. There needs to be people that you can talk to you about things like this and they can actually do something about it. They're pretty much going to take an existing case and bump it up to a felony just because. That's pretty much like retrialing me. Bill of rights and constitution dont mean a thing in this court system. If they want to destroy you they will.
