About visiting the probate court

Need help with probate in Indiana?
I spent 2 hours just on hold to have no one answer the phone. It is completely unprofessional to have people waiting 5 and 6 hours for property or for people to be bonded out.
A judge should walk into his own Court at the time that is listed for him to be there. Others are required to be there at a specific time and if not the consequences could be unbelievable. Do you think a judge would walk into McDonald's when it says it opens at 6 and he gets there at 11: 30 and they don't take his order until they are done eating or cleaning floor, will the judge just stay and wait? I don't think so.
I was trying to get a deferral from jury duty because I’m a stay at home mother with 3 kids and breastfeeding. I don’t even have family nearby. One receptionist from circuit 2 hated my phone call so much she hung up on me. I begged and pleaded that she transfer me to the judge or his asssistant and she said she couldn’t do anything and her hands were tied. She literally hung up on me. I waited 5 minutes and called back again and someone else did in fact transfer me to the judges staff. She didn’t want to deal with me so she just lied to me instead.
Thankfulky I haven't had to bust this place often, but when I had to pay a 3 yr old traffic ticket, the ladies in the traffic division were so helpful. Especially Karla. I wanted to formally thank her!!
