About visiting the probate court

Need help with probate in Kentucky?
I moved here from Michigan. I have a disabled son & when I had to get my guardianship transferred to Kentucky, everyone at the Hancock County Courthouse was extremely helpful.
This is a rated review of the Hancock County Judicial Center itself and it has no reflection on its employees. The courthouse itself is grand, beautiful and spotless. Perhaps even a bit too vast for such a small community but but at least it's something we can grow into. My only complaint is that while they are top of the line, the holding cells for inmates from BCDC are are very uncomfortable and usually very cold, the long wait can often be a bitter experience. However one may speak to the jailer and request the temperature to be raised to a more suitable level and depending upon your courtesy, I know they will raise it for you.
