Due to Covid-19 you have to wait outside in Line. If your not early your late and the line will be very long. Once inside the process is quick and simple. Waited in line 45 minutes and once inside I was out the door in 5 minutes.
I would like to thank the great Judges and staff at the court house for helping out of state citizens to get a fair trial. I appreciate the leniency in my traffic case.
I am new to the area and got a citation for tinted windows. I arrived at the courthouse completely new to this place. My experience was absolutely disgusting. The officer at the entrance didn't even look at me and searched my purse. In Raleigh they search your belongings. But here he literally dumped my belongings including my tampons and pads in front of others. Which is humiliating! However, he missed my small zipper on the bottom! What if I had a blade or threat there?! Not so bright! But arrogant and proud. 🤷♀️ In conclusion a horrible experience!
Was here for speeding , but overall it's one of the better older court houses I've seen. If you arrive early enough parking isn't a problem . And you wont have to walk that far.
There were 1300 people on the docket for traffic court. Definitely a money scam. Going to driver's school will be cheaper.
