I unfortunately received a violation for my license plate that fell off the front bumper of my vehicle. I tried calling multiple times during office hours to handle the payment process with no success. Once I did finally get through to the clerk they were incredibly unhelpful and offered zero to no guidance to efficiently submit payment. To be clear, all I wanted to do was gather the accurate information needed to pay my fee. Citizens should not have to feel this helpless to avoid further complications.
They don't answer the phone then intentionally disconnect their line so they cannot be reached. After two long calls that never went to voicemail, the third call reached a number that was temporarily not in service. Seems like neglect of legislative duties that targets those trying to abide and just pay up. They want you to fail? Just take my money? This county is pathetic in terms of getting stuff down in a time appropriate manner. It is 1:30 on a Monday, where are the employees? Wasting tax payers money and hindering the judicial process.
Nobody answers the phone there or can all you back. Been trying for over a month! Something needs to be changed! 😡
