Need help with probate in Tennessee?
The clerks that take your payments over phone are a bunch of inept people. I called 3 times to make payment. 2 out of 3 actually found the correct person. One worker told me my balance was over 2,000 and at that time I knew I didn't want to make my payment with her. The website charges a convenient fee as well as over the phone. Why??? The website isn't user friendly. I couldn't even make a payment and then I call to make it over the phn and not much help from the clerks. All that money they fine people should go towards a new website that actually works and hire new clerks that knows what they are doing.
The staff was on point very helpful and guess what it went beyond my expectations for a courthouse
The judge presiding over my case against my ex was someone that I know from school. Put that aside. He dropped the ball on my case against my ex. I filed for child support in November 2018 and I have only gotten $100. Now the case has been continued until May 2020. My ex is claiming that she can’t work. But, in the beginning, she stated she was working and a set amount was set by the courts. I’m disappointed in the way that things were handled by the judge and the District Attorney in the case. They gave her time to come with medical records and then we come back up in front of the judge. Total waste of time. They disregarded everything that I had to say.
