The people here are very helpful and polite. I think people go there assuming all government workers are crabby and hate dealing with people. This is not the case. Greet them with a smile and ask how their day is and you may be surprised at the service you receive.
A town built by criminals for criminals. I should not be suprised that the city employees & cops make the mafia look like kindergarten children. Dont waste your time in this awful place. You will be sorry.
