An Interview with Ben Hopf

Tell us about yourself!

I was born and raised in eastern North Carolina, and have since then found my way to San Diego by way of Texas, SF Bay, Costa Rica and Florida. I received my MBA and BBA in Trust and Wealth Management from Campbell University.

If I'm not working, I'm likely off the grid with wife and kids eating tacos while camping Southern California and the Baja Peninsula in search of great surf, kiteboarding or fishing sanctuaries.

Why did you join Atticus?

Coming from the trust and financial industry I saw firsthand the frustration families went through in navigating the unavoidable responsibilities following the loss of a loved one.

There were no good solutions I could offer them, and I thought something needed to be done about it. So that’s why we started Atticus, with the mission of helping a LOT of families through something everyone experiences.

Everyone has a legacy… let us help!
