This is a great old building! I love the inside! The tall door says and spiral stair case give the building character!

I would love to put 3 but you lost me with the non response to the public on your webpage. The public are asking questions. Whomever handles your webpage.

I've never been so disrespected by a judge in my life. I was the victim in the case of domestic battery. I was not rude but my wife got some information wrong and I tried to inform Mr. Petit when he, at the top of his lungs told me to "SHUT UP!!!" I mean I could actually see the veins popping out of his neck and forehead. I'm pretty sure the entire courthouse could hear you. I'm not your defendant and never will be. A little respect goes a long way. I respect you as a judge but as a person you're just a mean human being. The only person you fined was me, the victim. Because she currently has an active disability claim. I left your voting spot blank because nobody ran against you and that's too bad. Judge Kinkaid has my respect as a judge and a person. UNBELIEVABLE the way you treat "the victim." Have a nice life.

Very bias and cant stand to be asked questions without them yelling at you! Polite but very rude!

A beautiful building and a magnificent piece of history for the county. For anyone visiting however and are unfamiliar with the building the entrance is located on the north side off 7th street. And cell phones are not allowed in the building due to the courts being on the 3rd floor.

Never got an attorney. Was represented by the prosecuting attorney. Never had a chance at what I was charge with. I'm supposed to be standing in front of the judge with my attorney. No I stood with the prosecutor slamming me saying things out of context. Not a word about the steps I did to help myself it was a complete joke. To this day I don't know what happened to my public attorney. That's Elkhart.

This was the location for early voting this year (2018). Nice people, and pleasant experience! I do wish it was easier to find (there were no “Voting Place” signs or anything outside to point you in the right direction), but it was still great!

Handicap accessible on east side. A lot easier than the stairs that used to be there.

This court house takes its precious time and gets no where. I think new people who take their job seriously need to take over! People need to take into account were talking justocenot a grocery store and peoples lives matter.

Don’t even deserve a 1 star. The worst county in the state to get in trouble for anything. They will maximize penalties and threaten of doing so. They will charge bizarre fees. They have no intentions of helping or bettering an individual, their main priority is to collect money and keep you in the system to keep collecting money. They have no understanding nor care of what’s going on with the rest of the country (or even the same state) to be consistent with other justice systems. Greene County Correction and Justice system is one of the biggest jokes of Southern Indiana. It’s disgusting to have even stepped through their doors.

I went to the courthouse to pick up a marriage license after having an online appointment with the county clerk. The clerk and the clerks office were polite, helpful, and professional. The officer working the front desk/metal detector was extremely rude, condescending, and unprofessional. I only needed directions for how to find the correct office as I had never been in the building before. I feel very disappointed that my tax dollars are employing such a rude and unprofessional officer at the front desk. This is the first face that anyone who enters the courthouse sees and leaves a very poor impression of our county's officers.

Robert Scott Sirk is a complete joke. Allowing the systematic separation of fathers from their children after the presumption the mother is the better care taker. It would be too much effort to ask a mother to prove stability after relocating out of state to live in a trailer with a boyfriend. Ultimately allowing her to relocate out of state, from a parent that has a solid financial history, a positive family support system and from the father that initially filed for custody. She’s now homeless, my child has experienced violence and suffered mentally due to Sirks inaction to do his job.

Distict 5, rudest staff I've 4ver seen or dealt with. Answered phone, "What do you need" and straight hung up phone. No explanation or attempt to answer basic question not regarding advise.

Seems that every visit to the courthouse has been delayed. I was under the impression that when a court date an time are set and you do not show, in some cases a warrant is issued for you. Now when someone sits for over an hour past the appointed time but the court staff hasn't showed up nothing is done. Why are they allowed to do what they want when they want with no repercussions? I would say these judges need to learn to manage their time better.....we are expected to do so. And I feel that I must say this as well.....to any court staff who reads this I want you to know I have no fear of you or what you may think you can do to me out of grudge. I'll speak my mind any court room. Always have I will not stop now due to all this bull of people getting offended over the wind changing. This goes for the judges as well. What do you have of me? Absolutely nothing except small claims court. Have a good one.

Dealing with matters of court documents. I had the privilege of dealing with Sara Witta a superior court clerk and Talia Bowers a judicial assistant. Both Sara and Talia were very quick and responsive to my inquiries to the document matters. In rectified missing information to these documents and clarifying data entry policies to website information site. These two ladies are truly a fine reflection of what city and court employees standards should be held too.

They have been fining me for having no insurance but I have been trying to reach them for a year 1/2 now to show them I have proof my license has been suspended ever since. Not to mention the cop that gave me a ticket did so unjustly. Was driving fast behind me with my two new borns forcing me to speed n up to let him over when I did so he gave me a ticket for speeding. I was coming back from my uncles funeral just got my car didn’t have insurance at the time he took my license unlawfully. I want to sue so bad but they never answer the phones. Scamming police.

I'm not so impressed with the justice system I'm poor and I made my first offense and the prosecutor want to nail me to the wall

I have severe trouble walking and I was greeted at the front door by a security officer who was concerned about my well being on a snowy day. I was checked in promptly and politely while still sticking to proper protocols. Everyone was friendly and accommodating, making sure I made it to the correct court room to see the proper judge. When working through difficult times with loved ones who have been stricken with health problems, especially Covid, their was a level of compassion that was unexpected and truly appreciated. I am unaware of the final outcome, but the level of trust I have that my case will be handled professionally and properly is 100% and that is all I can ask for....

The blonde older woman on floor 3 is extremely rude. I asked questions about information needed and she shrugged her shoulders and said " I don't know, I don't know what you want me to do with that information" and walked away, incredibly rude and unhelpful. The women on the first floor are much more engaging and effective. Both times I've seen the woman on the third floor she has been rude and acting like I was wasting her time or a burden. Very unprofessional.

Sara on the third floor was very helpful and polite. At times like these I think it’s important to show hospitality and to recognize those who do. Thank you Sara your help today was much appreciated.

Really do like this new judge he acts like he really does have my child's best interests in mind I apologize for the mistakes I've made please pardon me

I couldn't afford my dental bills after they confused what my insurance allowed me to get done, so they billed me in full.. I lost the case, was told I should known my own insurance plan. Gee sorry for depending on Arch Family Dentistrys receptionist, whose job is to inform people on what they can and cannot get done at whatever cost methods, be it insurance, cash or both. At the conslusion of my trial i was told i would be contacted on when to come back to arrange payment. Six weeks later, no contact, sunday morning, my bank account is frozen on a court ordered hold. They had no problem contacting me for the trial, so why did they go directly to garnishing my wages instead of contacting me professionally? Now I'm worried that my bills won't come out, I'll get late fees and credit penalties. It's Sunday and they are closed. Thanks guys. For such a stick in your ass, hoity toity county, you guys sure know how to show thee lowest form of class and lack of etiquicy.

I wish I could give no stars. A female coworker of mine who is three times my age was following me out to my car, threatening me to my face and to other people, and taking pictures of me without my consent and she admitted to all of it. I filed a restraining order after the police recommended it and she fought it. The judge who took our case listened to her admit to threatening me, and following me, and taking pictures of me and still dismissed our case. Because of this judge I am having to quit my job, change my phone number, and move. He is disgusting and so is the entire court system.

This courthouse is operating under the color of law! Title 18 sections 241 and 242. DCS is Defacto and are not part of the nineteen essential governments we agreed to under the constitution! This court and personnel needs to be shut down, along with DCS of Madison County indiana!

My fiancee Janet Ruth Ringer did not kill her child. She was not mentally stable at the time that her baby died. She is a loving mother and a very kind and gentle lady.

After me screwing up and landed my self in hot water, they have done nothing but help me and help get my life back on track. Of course I have to put in some work but they were there every step of the way. Thank you so much. The whole court house and prosecutors office has been so kind and helpful.

I always walk in with a smile on my face and have a very kind attitude. Every single woman I have ever encountered at the courthouse has been extremely miserable and rude. They hate people and hate helping people. They can’t wait to tell you you failed to provide something and can’t get your issue handled. Went up there to vote and ANOTHER rude woman couldn’t wait to tell me I missed the early voting time at 12. Hire some people who actually enjoy human interaction

Back in 2005...Had an extreme level of obesity officer trying to handle the metal detector....he had no idea what he was doing and was behaving like a "hick" trying to sound like he did.. he was the poorest excuse of an officer I ever saw ...I thought he was going to have a heart attack the way he was panting....

The ladies at this place are amazing! I needed a document printed off and they were so helpful and pleasant! The first time that I arrived to get part of it, one of the ladies in the Circuit Court came back early from lunch break to make sure that I could make it back to Indy for an appointment later that afternoon. The second time that I came back to get another part of the document that was on microfile, the ladies in that office were so patient and helpful as well as those in the Clerk's office. The fee that is charged for document copies is so reasonable, too! Kudos to this place!

Friendly people. Like walking through the past before people took care of everything online. People here still do business face to face. Albion is a friendly refreshing community.

Came in almost at closing to pay a ticket was in an out in less then five mins . An the lady in the clerks office was very nice an efficient .

This place is awesome!!! The food is fabulous. This is our "new hang out".👍

They treated me well here. I was respected and treated with humanity. I went to contest my tax assessment and the clerks took their time and stayed kind being reasonable with elucidation.

If you don't mind being railroaded by a liberal Democrat. Then this is a great court for you. In all honesty Porter County court is probably one of the worst I've ever been in. The judges there seem to think that they can rule with opinion rather than fact.

The best thing about the Pulaski County Courthouse is that you can walk into any room at any time & say, "I object!" Often, the room will stand aghast at the sudden incursion. You will get snears. You will get snears. But there is a process to this. The most senior person in the room will then tell the junior officer to note your objection. They must then completely redo whatever task they were just working on. The review of the 1987 fiscal tax gross earning? Back to January 1st, Thelma. Grant application for the new orphanage & garment factory? Start the durn thing over, Sylvester. The objections are then themselves processed on a monthly basis & reviewed by committee. Wanna get meta? Voice an objection during an objection review board. The date & time is posted on the corkboard. That's all I'm saying.

I needed to ask a question about obtaining a new address for tenants we evicted so I could send them a list of damages for my damages hearing. This was required according to my court document. No one at the clerk's office, Superor or Circuit court would give me information. They kept transferring me to someone else who never returned my calls.

This is the most clown town three ring circus-esque courthouse I've ever had the misfortune of visiting. The building feels like a rat maze with little signage or instruction on where offices are at. Certain offices are behind doors that are also behind doors. The superior court room has no PA system, limited seating and no instructions on how to proceed in the actual court room. Scott County's finest constantly drag their Jordan flip flop laden feet through the halls, always needing to pull their baggy drooping basketball shorts back up above their belt lines. Their sports brand athletic t shirts which are several sizes too large, does not give them any justice either especially in this Ringling Brother's wannabe courtroom. Just remember, if you have a court hearing set in the superior court, you can just barge right into the court room like a silverback gorilla, because they won't come out and call you if there's no seating and you're stuck out in the hallway. This is an extremely unprofessional court house where claimants can smack their lips chewing gum while talking to the judge and big shoed clowns can just trudge into the courtroom wearing their casual workwear.

Unconstitutional! Very high bond schedule. Seems as if they make their own laws. As crooked as it gets!

Employees are very rude and unhelpful. The lady in the clerk's office is the worst she was extremely rude to the elderly lady in front of me and also to me. She needs fired! Hire people who dont hate their job and actually dont mind helping people in need.

Wow, what a building!!! It is such a unique design. I had never been to Lafayette before and was truly impressed by this buildings architecture in the center of town. impressive level of detail!!!
